Complete refurbishment and conversion of a hotel into living space. <\/strong>The building ensemble, which consists of two building complexes and has grown over decades, will be divided into two independently developed and functioning volumes, which will have a total of 13 new residential units in the future. The architectural language is based on targeted interventions: internal reorganisations, purposefully placed terraces, balconies and canopies restructure the volumes and lend the grown ensemble design unity. The facade design follows the functional requirements of modern residential buildings and creates a calm appearance through reduction and clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
