Division of building volumes and adaptation to the terrain. The building is divided into two structures that are offset in height. The smaller, lower-lying volume contains the station building for the lift system, while the adjoining, higher-positioned and three-level part of the building houses the entire technical facilities, storage areas, depot for chair sets, as well as garages for snow groomers and an open area with a petrol station. The roof is a steel construction with profiled and folded aluminum sheets as roofing.
