The elegant shed roof provides natural lighting for the 5.000m² logistics. Torggler GmbH operates as an international manufacturer of technical building materials. With the construction of its new warehouse in Pegognaga, the company has created an innovative logistics hub for the Northern Italian and Central European markets. In the entrance area, located in the northeast corner, the administrative wing is designed with a clear architectural language, featuring a red expanded metal façade that stands out against the building’s calm and understated structure, largely composed of prefabricated concrete elements. The red color tone, which aligns with the company’s brand identity, is also reflected inside the building, where various red elements provide additional distinctive accents.
