Steel and facade structures from in-house production. The seven floor administration building takes on a dynamic, teardrop-like form with a central access core, serving as the centerpiece of the building complex. Adjacent to it, a two-storey production facility is designed with an economical grid construction. A striking conical atrium, opening upwards from the foyer, offers magnificent views across the different levels. Notably, the fourth floor stands out as a fully-glazed, distinctive block with a timbered construction, ensuring excellent lighting for the workplaces on the north side while also functioning as a roof over the forecourt.
