Extension of the existing bar and shop at the production plant. The existing bar will be enhanced by a year-round usable winter garden with a retractable roof for the summer months. The adjacent shop will be expanded on the west side to offer an extended product range and provide a contemporary presentation of the products. Both the conservatory of the bar and the extended shop will have a shared roofing with ample skylights, and their facades will be designed uniformly with dark-tinted aluminum panels. The interior design will follow the furnishing concept of the Mila Shop and Bistro in Bolzano, which was established a few years ago, and will creatively reinterpret rustic furnishings.
