A compact building volume with an incredible cantilever. The partially two-storey logistics warehouse is situated on the hillside that is not visible from the main traffic axes. It is preceded by a two-level transparent building block containing exhibition, conference, and administration rooms, which opens invitingly towards the west, facing the state road and the roundabout. The upper floor of this glass block cantilevers freely over the ground floor to the south, extending more than 13 meters. This design feature serves as a distinctive element, providing functional benefits and creating a valuable, weather-protected outdoor area. The structural system of the building follows an economical grid construction with a high level of prefabrication to expedite construction times. The main facades of the administration wing are covered with curtain-type, dark-washed perforated aluminum sheets. This not only creates an aesthetically pleasing, uniform facade but also enhances the building's physical properties.
