The three-part building houses generously dimensioned work areas for production and planning as well as a showroom and a three floor administration block on an area of around 25,000 m². The roofing of the production hall, built in an economical steel grid construction, is made of prefabricated, self-supporting trapezoidal sheets and sandwich panels in a shed construction with a north-east orientation, the warehouse, shipping department and office wing have a flat roof. The cladding of the rear-ventilated facades is realised with horizontal, profiled metal panels.
