A new dress for the most modern high-tech equipment. The outer appearance of the production plant, which was built over 40 years ago, could no longer keep up with the rapid technical development of the interior. With the current project, the first phase of a multi-part master plan was implemented, comprising a new pasteurized milk tank farm with offices and technical rooms, as well as a new combined heat and power plant. This master plan takes into account the entire future development of the plant. The milk storage tanks are strategically positioned as an "engine cylinder" and the central focus above the production machinery on the building's roof. Additionally, a translucent trapezoidal perforated sheet metal facade is installed across the entire west-facing part of the building, imparting unity, calmness, and clarity to the overall structural design. The open space between the new facade and the existing building structure serves as a technical installation space for various pipe runs without compromising the facade's aesthetic appeal.
