Striking palazzo architecture from the 70s with circular windows and skylights as inspiration. The office spaces are arranged along the outer facades, surrounding a central access core with a reception area and a freestanding structure containing two conference rooms. Contrasting the closed character of the concrete building, light and translucent glass partitions, along with elegant walnut surfaces, are used. The lighting is integrated as a continuation of the existing skylights. The round elements of the building's exterior are formally incorporated into the design concept, with columns in the entrance area and rounded edges.
Draft, planning and design of interiors, material, colour and furnishing concepts, organisation and coordination of the trades and monitoring of the entire construction progress.
