The virtuosity of the vertical. The factory hall is accessed through a three-level ramp system, optimizing the production areas while utilizing minimal floor space. The transparent office building serves as the focal point of the complex. Protrusions and recesses on the facade break up the large volume, allowing for visual connections between the different building sections and floors, and creating outdoor spaces that can be used as terraces. The aluminum facade, with vertically arranged pilaster strips set in front of a surrounding maintenance walkway, gives the building a sense of airy lightness and brings a unique interplay of light and shadow into the interior through a specially designed perforated pattern.
