A place to meet and create together. The new technology park, with a focus on the automotive sector, complements the overall concept of the NOI network as an additional element. The historic block-like composition of the city's morphology is integrated and reinterpreted in the designated construction area. The continuous strip is fragmented, considering the urban spatial axes, resulting in several rectangular, cubic buildings that blend into an open and flexible campus architecture. At the heart of the campus stands the Innovation Centre, the tallest and most prominent structure, flanked by the two future volumes outlined in the concept.
