Sustainable architecture for a contemporary office building. The building volume appears as a compact structure made of steel and glass construction, which is enriched by varying heights in the sub-volumes and strategically placed terraces, creating a dynamic and flexible internal layout. The light exterior is designed as an aluminum mullion and transom facade with fully glazed walls. The choice of steel as a reusable and recyclable material, along with the extensive use of daylight in work areas for energy efficiency, ensures sustainable usage.
