Concept for a new visitor centre. The two-storey visitor center, attached to the existing processing plant, has a compact design with a glass facade. The upper floor features a green-colored, vertical, sword-like lamella facade that extends over the roof, providing a dynamic appearance with varying transparency depending on the viewing angle and also functioning as a sunshade. Inside, visitors are guided through a versatile open-air area and a central main entrance with a freestanding staircase to explore various exhibition areas, including tasting and observing the processing activities.
