A symbiosis of tradition and modernity. In one of the busiest streets in South Tyrol, the new administrative headquarters of the Latte Montagna Alto Adige cooperative, which also houses a new shop and bistro, creates an inspiring, tranquil, and community-oriented space. The materials used, typical of a mountain farm, including lime plaster and larch wood facade elements, bring the rural ambiance and traditional values of the company right into the urban setting. The surrounding landscape design complements the building; just like the chosen materials, plants with alpine characteristics are thoughtfully integrated into the urban space. Inside, the design takes inspiration from the topography of South Tyrol, characterized by mountains and valleys, featuring an open, central access area. It also incorporates reinterpretations of rural furnishings, resulting in a vibrant, interconnected, and well-lit workspace atmosphere that remains grounded and down-to-earth.
