Compact design with maximisation of facade surfaces. The eight-floor building volume comprises simple rectilinear cubic bodies, connected to each other in a loop-like manner on different levels. The design of the building allows for maximum flexibility for users, functioning either as separate building units or as a cohesive whole when all volumes are combined. The heart of the building is the atrium, extending upward from the foyer, providing access to all floors through an open staircase that offers magnificent views between the levels. Rather than fading into anonymity, the individual floors interact with each other, creating a vibrant and lively integrated space.
