The building, designed with a prefabricated grid construction and covering an area of approximately 3,900 m², consists of a single floor hall on the ground floor housing the main facilities for the laundry's operations. Additionally, there is an administrative wing on the first floor and two service flats on the same level. In the basement, there is a parking garage, storage areas, changing rooms for staff, and a naturally lit recreation room.
