Demolition and reconstruction of a residential building on the main street. The three-level residential building with an underground garage houses seven residential units and two medical practices on the ground floor. Access is from the northeast, and the different floors are connected with an open staircase. All canopies and balcony slabs are clad with larch wood boards to clearly separate the apartments from the busy street space and enhance the living comfort.
