Continuation of the terracing. The newly planned building volume is defined by two offset, single-story residential units stacked above one another, blending subtly into the landscape while preserving the characteristic building typology that harmoniously adapts to the sloping terrain. The existing terraced construction is extended southward by new volumetric structures with flat roofs that follow the natural topography. Thanks to this stepped design, the building never appears dominant but integrates seamlessly and unobtrusively into the linear, slope-oriented vineyard landscape that characterizes the surroundings.
