Demolition and reconstruction of the existing residential building. The four-storey volume provides accommodation for services on the ground floor, while the upper floors house two apartments, each spanning one and a half floors. The roof is a gable roof with the ridge line running north-south and dormers on the west and east sides. On the south-facing facade, there are three balconies, staggered and distributed over the three upper floors, to accentuate the facade area and offer the apartments a certain level of privacy due to their surrounding and cantilevered cladding, despite their location on the busy state road and their immediate proximity to neighboring buildings.
