Two-family house with a garden in the wine village. Unit 1 forms a compact two-floor building volume on the south side of the site, which is adjoined on the north side by the cuboid single-floor residential unit 2, which is half storey higher. The building volumes are provided with a greened flat roof, which can partly be used as a roof garden. The end faces of the balcony and canopy slabs are finished in metal to match the exterior finishes and railings, while the undersides of the structural elements are clad in exposed wood formwork.
