Structural remodelling and qualitative expansion in a prime location. The project involves the demolition and contemporary reconstruction of the existing veranda, taking into account functional, energy-efficient, and aesthetic aspects. The new structure follows the original form but is thermally insulated and constructed using high-quality timber materials. Interior and exterior spaces are seamlessly connected through a uniform floor level and large openings. An adjoining wooden terrace with railing and a pergola equipped with integrated sun protection systems expand the usable outdoor area. The design blends harmoniously into the existing building and surrounding landscape through the use of warm, natural colors and materials.
