A fresh package for fresh buns. The building structure is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bressanone/Pusteria motorway exit and consists of two interconnected L-shaped building sections. The main volume is the highly technical cold storage hall, constructed as a skeleton structure with internal cold wall panels and an external panel facade. It provides over 1,000 m² of space for the intermediate storage of a diverse range of frozen baked goods. Connected to the warehouse is a two-level annex wing with a loading zone on the ground floor and well-lit administrative rooms with a terrace on the upper floor. This wing also houses a multifunctional exhibition area, which can serve as a showroom, breakfast room, and lounge.
