Remodelling measures and qualitative improvements to existing buildings
The hotel on the slopes. The subject of the intervention is the southern wing of the building, which was built in the 1990s and adjoins the entrance hall. In view of the constantly growing demands of guests, both its functionality and its architectural quality no longer appear up-to-date and no longer meet today's standards. The structural measures include a redesign of the above-ground volume as well as a generous internal reorganisation of the rooms. The existing pitched roofs will be replaced by a green flat roof in timber construction, and the existing roof terrace will be extended via an access walkway to provide a unique view of the surrounding mountains. All facades will be adapted to the existing building and clad with exposed larch timber cladding.
